Posted a Comment: "Hello Goliath. With recent Conqueror changes I noticed it became very much useless. I managed to heal for 300 health in 20 minute game. When runes like Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter healed me for 1500 health each. Maybe there is other keystones for the Aatrox that be more viable than Conqueror?"
