Maybe you haven't gotten used to the new items yet so it's harder for you to know when you can 1 shot someone vs when y"

Posted a Comment: "I used to build protobelt very often on Evelynn and the new rocketbelt definitely has it's uses. I'd personally build it situationally. The highest win rate build, however, is night harvester. Overall, I would definitely recommend that you keep doing what is working for you! "

I'd say make sure you press tab and see who will be the easiest target to kill and build your lead. Once you have a good lead, "
