Drops their dmg far lower than anything youd heal with heal, is not nullified by an ignite and lowers armor and resist while significantly slowing them, guaranteeing the kill. "

RoA upgrade cost and gains is roughly equivilent to buying 2 blasting wands and the laning staying power of a catalyst outweighs any gains from the RoA. upgrade to a banshees at leisure since youll NEED surviva"
