"The idea of having Frozen Mallet on Garen is for you to Q the target, thus slowing them, and then Judgment afterwards, making sure you can keep up with the enemy."

"Might just be my personal opinion, and I can't tell how you should apply this, but I think some contrast would help a lot. It looks slightly dull. Some more lively colours along with the contrast difference should make it a whole lot more interesting to look at."
