"I find this to be a decent build, however, simply because of the oh so bloody poor effort put into this, I will not give a vote. The build is good, however the guide itself sucks balls.

With FoN and Lich Bane without the Masteries you will get 431,25 Movement Speed.
On the third hand, Lich Bane, FoN and the Masteries, you will get a full potential 442,5.
Now, in my eyes, I find that 412,5 will not be suffi"
