"Agreed with above post. I won't vote, but archangel's staff is fairly useless on cassiopeia. She needs mana regen, not a bigger mana pool to spam indefinitely.
meki pendant is her best friend. deathfire grasp is therefore a great alternative, and should do about 50% damage off an "
