"Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I will polish the guide soon. I might be a little daft, but what do you mean by "-1 cuz pre-level 30"? If it concerns runes+masteries, they will be put up soon. I'm sorry for publishing prematurely, my masters thesis is a little needy these days."
