"You gotta think of it like this as well: you get 250 more mana so when you are full on mana you will always have 250 extra mana, do you get it?
And there is sadly no other runes to go so mana flow is the best"

"I usually take ignite exhaust because its wayy more aggressive and if u sit jungler u want these sums to easier kill i really believe heal wont help you more than ignite exhaust"
