"If you're going to play critplank, you absolutely need to rush IE. Realize Gangplank isn't really a "carry" so rushing IE in top lane with only a philo as your sustain is really just disingenuous. Especially with little armor/health in your runes/masteries. You will play against Rivens, Mo"
