"You cannot start with boots of speed, 4 health potions, and 1 mana potion. the most is just the boots and 4 health potions. Also, add which trinket to take at the start of the game. "

"If you're gonna take randuin's omen, then you gotta take oppression man! The two synergize perfectly together. Slowed enemies deal 3% reduced damage to you, and with Randy's, they get slowed every time they attack you. It's almost as perfect as chosen of the storm and second wind.
