Well I got a Lux-Guide myself so I know the thing with RoA:
It IS viable for Lux and it IS awesome but I would never build it without Mejas to get enough AP you should make that clear :P Because you won't have that much burst while building RoA.
All in all a great build.

One was a longlong time ago when I played Nidalee I was at blue buff - bot.
My teammates engaged a teamfight and got 1 kill and died - karthus escaped with about 10 health.
I activated Cougar ghost and even flashed. Throw a Spear on random - THROUGH the minion"
