"in dota league it was like that, it was pretty hard to fake since you could also report for "abuse" + you had to write 1 sentence about every player.
or sth like that, I quit it before the "sentence-thingy" but some peeps that played on told me it's was like that later on.

go into botgames and cs - 107 spawn at 10 minutes, so if you get around 100 that's really high.
In an actual game you should try to aim for 100 around 12minutes - that'd be high as well.
Other than that, learn 2-3 champs per position, know what to do.
