I am still a huge fan of exhaust over heal and prefer it in most cases but you mention it later anyway so it's k to have it as 1. spell now I guess, specially now that adc's often pick cleanse/barrier w/e instead of ignite and it heals your lanepartner for 100%
I usually use 1/13/"
