"Since you responded so nicely and I am kinda bored right now I'll give you my full opinion (just on the ADC build):
1. Runes, Items seem fine, Masteries can be okay but you should consider 19/11/0 - absorbed minion dmg.
2. You did not add the "pro" that twitch outranges turrets with "

so does a bad jax vs a bad irelia
but I'd say a good irelia wins vs a good jax :P
dunno about singed - just camp him early and don't allow him to come back into the game :D
