"Thanks for the tip. Also the reason I am getting le spark is becasue to do my 20ish second harras I need to do atleastr 3 auto atacks. This item gives me an extra boost to my harras, much like jax. For example:
-Auto atack a minion (possible last hit)
-Rolling thunder -> fling my targer c"
