You have to pretty much engage her after she used up her combo but you would have lost half hp by then , there is no use.
Play safe , farm , place shrooms as she jumps on to you the wreck her

"Once I tried making ADC Teemo (Why not ? ) and I ended up with 110 Bonus Attack Damage (Botrk + Bereskers + Runaan's ).
Still dealt almost equal Magic Damage and Physical Damage

With the wards removed from the game in Season 6 (Only Pink Wards)
Teemo's Shrooms give way more vision (If you shroom the map properly ) and you run once you realise that an enemy is coming for...

"The Hextech Gunblade is now GOOD on Teemo as it gives 80AP , 40AD an ACTIVE that scales of with your AP and also it HEALS for 15% of ALL FORMS OF DAMAGE DEALT.So now you heal of you auto's (both magic damage and Physical Damage).
Combine it with your Nashor's Tooth and Runaan"
