"Basically, this build is outdated and I no longer play Rammus post nerf, aside from ap games for laughs. Rammus returns dodges as if they hit him. So dodge is actually really good. Rammus is a great pub stomper, but pretty bad against a good at high elo. Since his nerfs, he is just outclassed. Stil"
