"Not sure if this has been said, but would it not be better to get 2 points in Artificer, instead of the mana pr lvl ? I mean, you get 13.5 secs CDR on Hourglass, and 9secs CDR on DFG. I know they are still not "spammable", but it may save your ass a couple of times in a single game.
