"Line dividers are made by using tables. Basically, you assign one a color, width, and no height to create a single line. Example:

"You can find it in the guide editor by clicking on the champion's portrait then on the "Vs. Champions" tag. From there, you can pick your matchups, describe them, and adjust the difficulty accordingly.
