As for the boots (not Sorcs, obviously), Mobis are generally good for supports as they let you move around "

Posted a Comment: "Honestly, Ashe support does best with standard AD carry runes (maybe optimized a bit; say, mixed flat hp/armor yellows, cdr blues, etc.). Movespeed isn't exactly necessary, and you're going to get more out of atspd because it'll allow you to proc Stoneborn more often, plus you'll have a smoother aut"
