You could try keeping the scaling mana regen blues and running all flat armor yellows, which I strongly recommend. I frankly hate it and think it's wrong. I don't think TF is a good candidate for triple GP5 because he isn't the best at holding a lane 1v1"

Lulu is very strong early game because of her humongous on-hit damage, and you should run flat instead of scaling runes to abuse that fact. I don't use mana regen runes - sure you have to keep an eye on your mana, but that's more a general play"

Nashor's Tooth is a wrong item choice on DPS Lulu builds. Why? Because Pix damage has no AP scaling. This is why Nashor's Tooth is frequently seen on Teemo, but is useless on Lulu. Nasho"
