"OMG Shen has buffs? And they're pretty decent.
I solo top with him all the time and he rocks it no prob. Just keep endlessly harassing with Vorpal np.
To me, it just seems like he'd be a better tank overall, but not fill any other niches he didn't fill before. Still build him tanky."
