Posted a Comment: Apr 25th, 2012 "Well the Ryze nerf is good. His ratios where just stupied for what he build for dmg. It is normal to get 4k mana on him 7,5% of thats 300 bonus dmg. On a Skill with like no CD and you get tanky by getting this dmg. Now he "only" gains around 250 dmg from that build still stupidly high. ON"
