Champion Changes

Amumu:

* Curse of the Sad Mummy cooldown decreased from 170/150/130 Seconds to 150/130/110 Seconds

Annie:

*Health increased from 424 (+76 per level) to 460 (+76 per level)

* Incinerate mana cost reduced from 80/95/110/125/140 Mana to 70/80/90/100/110 Mana

* Molten Shield
Duration reduced from 15 to 8

*Armor and Magic Resist increased from 10/20/30/40/50 to 20/30/40/50/60

*Mana Cost reduced from 25 to 20

*Cooldown reduced from 30 to 16

Cho'Gath:

*Movement Speed increased from 315 to 320

Dr. Mundo:

* Heart Zapper damage decreased: 40/55/70/85/100, to 35/50/65/80/95. Disable Reduction decreased: 15/20/25/30/35%, to 10/15/20/25/30%.

* Maximum Dosage Cooldown increased: 65 seconds, to 75 seconds.

Irelia:

*Damage increased: 56.3 (+3.3 per level), to 59.3 (+3.3 per level).

*Health increased: 515 (+85 per level), to 546 (+90 per level).

*Health per 5 sec increased: 6.5, to 7.5.

Kog'Maw:

* Void Ooze slow reduced from 28/36/44/52/60% to 20/28/36/44/52%

Lee Sin:

* Safeguard/Ironwill Cooldown increased: 8 seconds, to 9 seconds.

Lulu:

* Glitterlance
Ability Power ratio reduced from +.7 to +.6
Mana Cost increased from 40/45/50/55/60 Mana to 40/50/60/70/80 Mana

* Wild Growth changed from "Lulu enlarges her ally, knocking enemies away from them." to Lulu enlarges her ally, knocking nearby enemies into the air."

Master Yi:

* Alpha Strike
Old: Master Yi leaps across the battlefield striking up to 4 enemies, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+1) magic damage to every target. If the first target is a minion, it will be dealt 200/250/300/350/400 magic damage, and every additional minion target has a 20/30/40/50/60% chance to be dealt 200/250/300/350/400.


New: Master Yi leaps across the battlefield striking up to 4 enemies, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+1) magic damage to each enemy with a 20/30/40/50/60% chance to deal 400 bonus magic damage to minions.

* Highlander slow immunity increased from 6/9/12 seconds to 8/10/12 seconds
Meditate Mana Cost reduced from 70/85/100/115/130 Mana to 70/80/90/100/110 Mana.

Miss Fortune:

* Bullet Time ratio changed from 65/95/125 (+0.2) magic damage per bullet to 65/95/125 (+0.2) physical damage per
bullet.

* Double Up bounce damage increased from 115% to 120%.

Olaf:

* Reckless Swing Cooldown increased from 8/7/6/5/4 Seconds 9/8/7/6/5 Seconds.

Ryze:

*Damage increased from 53 (+3 per level) to 55 (+3 per level)

* Desperate Power
Passive bonus mana per level of skill (75/150/225) removed.
New Active: Active: Ryze becomes supercharged, gaining 15/20/25% Spell Vamp, causes his spells to deal 50% AoE damage, and gain 35/55/75 Movement Speed for 5/6/7 seconds.

* Overload
Changed from 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.2) plus 7.5 % of his max mana in magic damage to 60/85/110/135/160 (+0.4) plus 6.5 % of his max mana in magic damage.
Mana Cost reduced from 70 to 60.
Range reduced from 675 to 650.

* Rune Prison
Snare reduced from 1/1.3/1.5/1.8/2 seconds to 0.8/1/1.3/1.5/1.8seconds.
Plus max mana % in damage reduced from 5% max mana to 4.5% max mana.
Mana Cost reduced from 80/95/110/125/140 Mana to 80/90/100/110/120 Mana.

* Spell Flux
Damage ratio increased from 50/70/90/110/130 (+0.35) magic damage to 50/70/90/110/130 (+0.35) plus 1 % of his max mana magic damage
Mana Cost reduced from 60/75/90/105/120 Mana to 60/70/80/90/100 Mana

Shen:

* Stand United Range increased: 5,000, to 25,000.

Singed:

*Health increased from 448 (+82 per level) to 487 (+82 per level)

Soraka:

* Starcall
Magic Resist reduction duration reduced from 8 seconds to 5 seconds.
Mana Cost increased from 20/30/40/50/60 Mana to 20/35/50/65/80 Mana.

* Astral Blessing Armor Bonus decreased: 25/50/75/100/125 bonus Armor, to 25/45/65/85/105 bonus Armor.

Talon:

*Armor increased from 18.5 (+3.5 per level) to 20.5 (+3.5 per level)

* Rake Mana Cost increased: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana, to 60/65/70/75/80 Mana.

Udyr:

* Iron Mantle Shield decreased: 60/100/140/180/220, to 60/95/130/165/200.

Warwick:

* Hungering Strike
Damage reduced from 75/125/175/225/275 (+1) and Percent Damage increased at early levels and decreased at later levels (late game nerf): 6/9/12/15/18% of the target's maximum Health, to 8/10/12/14/16% of the target's maximum Health.
Mana Cost increased from 70/80/90/100/110 Mana to 80/90/100/110/120 Mana.

*Piercing Arrow
Physical Damage Reduction per Enemy Hit decreased: 18%, to 15%.
Mana Cost decreased: 65/75/85/95/105 Mana, to 70/75/80/85/90 Mana.

shen had more sustain than any champion in the game on his own. He could win his lane and win your lane with his ultimate. If a shen was on the enemy team you could not win lane post-6 unless his ultimate was down. Fundamentally broken in every facet.

This will only make shen viable as a jungler and because of how slow his clear speed is i don't see him becoming viable anymore, but his ultimate was toxic

I personally believe the buffs and nerfs were justified. The only thing I cringe about is the change to MF's ultimate. She's underplayed enough, they're kind of make it worst in my honest opinion. It sounds great at first read when you see that it's being changed to AD scaling but god, everyone and their mother stacks Armor against AD's, especially MF. It's just going to be heavily negated even more now. Why MF ult really hurt is because people built mass Armor to negate most of her damage and a huge explosion of hybrid AP/AD damage was like LOLGGGGGGGGGGGBRO.

Also regarding Shen nerfs, I'm kind of happy and sad about it. I mean full global ult Shen top to bot lane is a bit crazy but that's what made Shen very unique. I'm very sure that the range ultimate had something to do with Shen's performance at IPL4 with teams like CLG for example. Shen split pushes all day, ults in and sweeps a outnumbered team. I know his ult has always been that strong but IPL4 was probably the cherry on top.

Edit: Regarding Shen top lane, he ate a lot of people alive but he definitely had counters like Udyr and AD Nidalee. Especially Udyr, that champion just eats Shen alive. Thankfully, Udyr can be countered so it's the war of counterpicking when you pick teams, especially if you don't ban Shen.

derp on master yi buff. much better jungler now. kinda sad about shen nerf. though he needed it, but i just got him...literally. looking foward to varus. quite a cool looking champ in the sneakpeeks ive seen. hopefully, he looks like the guy in the sneakpeek. i really like the item. much more reason to build chalice now. i really like the item upgrades riot is making. hmm...think for the ryze changes, i really like the possible new ulti active. 75% movement speed is boss. yay amumu buff. yay talon buff.

overall, think it's a balanced and a good patch this time.

Shen not getting a nerf? There goes all the good that this patch had to offer. Anyways, onward Riot. Continue to change champs that don't need to be touched.
