IMO this is the Madrids of Casters. Just you gotta toggle it. Would be disgustingly sick if they literally had a madrids for casters. Making people like Lux, LB, Ahiri undeniably OP with the item. If you got a lot of ppl with HP, poor mr, or massive AP (Vigar) then you put this as your first attack then your rotation. So, your only hard part in deciding is take out the Carry or take out the tank?
Fun Fact:
This was the idea of the original Deathfire Grasp, letting every spell deal extra bonus magic damage based on the targets maximum health. It proved far too overpowered on casters such as Ryze, and was removed from the game. Some time later, after release, they remade Deathfire Grasp into (roughly) what it is now and reintroduced it to the game.
