Posted a Comment: Jan 25th, 2012 "Not quite Yukimaru. In lane you have to choos constanly between last hiting , harrassing and reatring. A Bot will never be abel to make the best out of this. A skilled play will . He will know how to abuse his skills to win his lane. In team fights well yes they will be abel to unleash their combo "

Also the lane of Graves and Sivir is almost as stronger or even stronger then a cait lane as it can put our more dmg. So i would say for solo q cait and graves are top tire ad and for competitive and premade sivir and grave b"
