That's because Kog is banned every game :P

If you play Cait you have to ban Sivir, because if they counterpick Sivir it's gg, free mana all the way.

Kog kind of rapes Sivir in lane in my experience though.

Kog is never banned on EU as far as I've seen.

EU is probably more concerned with AP carries since like 90% of the people who play on EU are godlike at them :P

Kog shouldn't out lane a cait O.o
She can harras him for free till lvl 6 and zone him quite good. From lvl 6 on if you did let the Kog farm he will crush her.
And yeah EuW is atm about Ap mid and tanky banns most of the time and shcao.
