It is at level 30 when this game starts to get competitive. Before that, it mostly comes down to just getting to grips with the game, meeting all the champions and whatnot. So I would suggest you just play versus people (important, the bots are horrible) and enjoy your ride until level 3"

"The best remedy as far as I know is to either not give a damn or to queue up with other people. Find some nice persons who play on the same level as you and things get better.
