By going Rylai's first, I got no armor and less CDR after 2 main items. If I go Frozen Heart first, I got no additional CC after 2 main"

Posted a Comment: "The thing is you propose 2 items in place of 1 item. If I go your way, I either go without the slow for a longer time or without the CDR. And who says I cant buy both and Rylai's Crystal Scepter? Their slows stack (with diminished effect though) and I put it in as an option. "

Posted a Comment: "Don't get me wrong, I like Rylai's Crystal Scepter on Amumu, but Iceborn Gauntlet gives a higher, longer slow for my style of playing Amumu which includes autoattacking my target, as well as better stats (imo). 30% slow for 1 second is equal to 15% slow for 2 seconds in terms of movement, so"

Rylai's Crystal Scepter basically only procs for 15% slow for Amumu as it basically does not proc on Bandage Toss as the slow only lasts for 1.5s, the stun for 1s. [Iceborn Gauntlett applies 30% even on Tantrum when you follow "

Amumu can - proc it constantly due to spammable tantrum and bandage toss - scales well on AP - can use the armor and CDR well - can use the mana for sustain - wants to be in the middle of a fight so the proc tends to apply to several enemies"
