"Nice guide. I still think Sorc Boots are better. Is 20 movement speed points worth the tradeoff for 20 magic penetration? I don't know, it seems like Boots of Swiftness could close the gap quicker, but really who's going to have enough movement speed to outrun you so quickly that you'd need Swiftnes"
