Sion, AP or A
I know this may seem like a silly question, but I have tried both AP and AD for sion, and they both work! I find that AP is better for early-mid game domination, and AD is better for late...

"Adding on-hit effects to his E (or do you mean just his Q?) would be insanely good. I mean, madred's would absolutely tear apart anyone if he used E. With his Q, i agree, Riot generous enough to give it the buff of critting on <15% hp. I think he's good as he is"

He has a powerful burst but he needs around 3.5k mana and a lot of farm! Best burster is imo Malzahar if you would be able to combine all of his spells perfectly!

"Nah, poppy is a good burst. She's an assassin, it's what she's made for. Run in, ult someone, push someone into a wall, whack em = kill and run. Then wait until you can do it again. Same with akali.
I truthfully think SOME of the best bursters are:
