"Well pretty much for every ADC you can simply use AD reds 2 LS quints 1 AD quint armor yellows and MR blues. For supports something like GP5 Quints Armor reds/yellows mr blues For Mid prob Magic pen reds scaling AP quints (or MS quints) armor yellows and scaling AP blues."
