I think J4 is a lot more fun than Wukong- I simply love dunking people.
P.s. Yes, Jarvain is a lot stronger jungler than Wukong.

"I can't tell much from just a post game screen shot, but I think that considering your team was basically full AD you should have went for Black Cleaver over Youmuu's Ghostblade and possibly Randuin's Omen before Locket of the Iron Solari, since the enemy team was also very AD heavy."
