I really like that you pointed out that jungling on Garen is not a good idea in ranked, but I think you should use bigger letters right there and perhaps red color to make that part "

"Well before there were better options for assassins, but now that pretty much everyone of those got nerfed Talon is simply the next in line to be The Assassin of Midlane (maybe together with Akali) and to get nerfed once he gets popular :/.

"Well it looks like people are finally picking up on just how good Talon is in solo q, his win rate in platinum, diamond and challenger across the major servers has been among the top 5 highest for quite some time, so I wouldn't be surprised if Talon became a common pick/ban."

"I have a few problems with this guide.
First problem being the guide seems to be missing quite a few parts such as item/rune/mastery explanation and alternative options ect.
Second problem both builds seem to be rather flawed, mainly listing Boots of Swiftness Frozen Mallet Last Whispe"

Is he OP? No.
Is he problematic champion in solo q? Yes.
Simply Smoke- Pretty much no one uses 2 Empowered Savagerys and 2 Savagerys when trying to get a kill as Rengar. Like Vynertje mentioned you will almost always see Rengar starting off the fig"

"I think you should wait until Naxxramas comes out and see if you want any of those cards.
As for possible legendary choices you should consider:
Cairne- He's just really good and fits into a lot more decks than Alexs.
Tirion- If you like playing paladin, he's just that good.
