"The_Nameless_Bard-It's not that uncommon for Feral Flare junglers to just afk farm till ~15 minutes in, because of the increase in how many stacks you need for transformation and their belief that once they get it they will solo carry. That is sort of true, since getting Feral Flare is a hug"

"It might be too early to place Gragas in a tier list, hence the maybe. Also I don't quite understand what you mean by you don't see how Gragas can make a difference in laning phase and his range is not that low for a support."
