"I don't actually know, but I heard somewhere that it can SOMETIMES, be a good idea to pick both the phage items (black cleaver and tri-force). I think that sometimes, the itemss just have too good stats and passives to not care about the phage's passive. What do you think?

"Wait, so You upgrade abyssal mask and forgefire cape when using ornn right?
That's usually how I do it, I upgrade either of them, depending on the enemy if they're AP or AD, but if the enemy is mainly AP/AD, and I only build Abbysal/Forgefire, then what second item do I upgrade?

"Teemo, slightly counters him(SLIGHTLY). Teemo's main purpose in top lane is too make people rage quit, and to counter pick. Teemo counters a lot of overpowered top laners such as garen and nasus(need correct runes though) and thats because of his blind, movement speed and ranged poking."
