"Well think about the ranked games where their team had a dc.
Theoretically, your team has a 4/9 chance of a player dc'ing and the other team has a 5/9 chance. Therefore every 4 times you loose Cuz if these ppl, you should win 5 games."

"sheen should come before negatron, otherwise your early game will be extremely weak. Your full build has way to many defensive items, consider taking out bveil and archangel for maybe tri-force and something else.
runic affinity is much better than 60 mana @lvl18"
