I wouldn't ever buy it unless I'm trolling, building raw AD is infinitely better on Riven and trinity force cant really replace black cleaver if you're playing seriously. Why build trinity force when you can build black cleaver."

"The cdr you said for my runes arent correct. I have 5% scaling cdr so 5% at level 18 and 5% flat for my glyphs, this adds up to 10% at level 18. 20 + 10 + 5 + 10 = 45.
