back to the guide:
best way on seals is flat armor vs ad lane opponent, HP/lvl vs ap lane opponent. IMO 9/21/0 are ok against early game stomper, against other enemies are 9/0/21 or 21/9/0 better."

"i dont see your problem invite him,the masteries and runes are pretty ok, i onlay swap the ap glyphs for mr glyphs. all runes and masteries are personal prefference, i know that this amsteries/runes work.
u only say "thats wrong,thats wrong" and so on,thats not constructive criticism"
