Posted a Comment: "This is mostly a solo lane kind of build. So teleport is a viable choice, as well as flash. Morgana eats up a lot of mana really quickly when she's solo. After you get Athene's, it starts to balance out, but until then clarity helps you keep pace in lane. Thanks for the heads up! I certainly hope"
