"@Mowen, you underestimate Hungering Strike's actual damage. Hungering strike, at level 5, will do 275 + (15 with Doran's Ring) + 20% of enemy's health with a cooldown of 6 seconds. Sunfire cape will do 40 damage per second.
Since Hungering Strike scales with percentages, it will scale throughout"
