Posted a Comment: "seal of clarity is still a very viable choice and 2 cooldown runes is nonsense....a good ashe player doesnt need to sit there spamming volley all day if he knows how to last hit minions, use volley wisely, and know when to use enchanted crystal arrow at the right times"

No health items or runes, no mana runes, no magic resist runes or items, EXTREMELY slow movement speed, etc. I can go on and on about how bad this build is but i wont. Try this build in a ranked match at level 30 and i guarantee TERRIBLE results. sorry for flaming but this build"
