Posted a Comment: "During laning phase I only use abilites to clear cs under tower that i would miss otherwise or securing a cannon with Q. I just never really push as AP rakan, let the opponent push and poke you. You can heal back the dmg with Q and you block most poke with your passive. Save abilites for trades, so "
