"Farm under tower and try to bait a dive, then stun him, slam his head in a bit and jump around creeps to avoid damage if you're really low. This should get you 2~3 tower hits and if he's low enough a kill or maybe a flash burned. If he isn't a dumbass wait until the point you can trade evenly.

Anyime a feral flareian popped up in my games I'd just ask everybody to help neutralize it. There was a counter to it, which was early pressure, winning lanes hard and early, deep wards (always tho) and counter-jungling. Not to mention the power difference between a Wriggle's carry vs"
