I prefer Lucidity Boots then Mercury/Swiftness due to it's Cooldown Reduction.
It's nice you noticed that maxing Ki Burst is more profitable than Broken Wings:)
I also must say, that i feel Sheen (and later Trinity Force) i perfect for Riven as u try to auto-attack between spel"
