went 21/8/12 with it first time
just 1 thing:
if you do put 5 boxes at red you need at least some ap so that it works if you only put 5 without any ap it mostly doesnt work
i play it with 8 ap (1 quint and 3 flat glyphs) and it worked every time
so 8 shud be en"

this is EXACTLY how i build him. and i really love it!
i just have some problems:
i mostly solo top laned with him
i tried to jungle but it didnt work out very well - i went with: 21/0/9 and 1/21/8
