"I think Infinity Edge is the best choice when you go AD. You still have lots of attack speed, combined with 50% crit chance you will crit a lot!
Hybrid is very good on Kai'Sa, but it's more efficient to get a Deathcap instead of Hurricane for example."

You could try the new Manamune -> Rageblade -> Nashor's Tooth build. After you finish your 3 core items, you can build situational AP items, like Hourglass, Morello, Deathcap, etc.
