Most AD carries build IE, Bloodthirstier, Phantom Dancer X 2, maybe Banshee's Vail, melee carries and assassins build the same "

This build is awesome, even if you don't like the idea of an AD-carry Garen, you can still take this build, change 1, at most 2 items and u turn it into a unstoppable off-tank, hard to kill and that trashes all his opponents.
