"I have played AP Soraka before, what happens is that late game your damage falls off, so she seems to be less of a carry and more of a utility mage.

"Most of Wukong's damage comes from a good Cyclone. Never do I want to see a Berserker's greaves on another bruiser again. Also, Blade of the Ruined King is not very great on Wukong either. And yes, I have tried it myself."
