"I think 9/0/21 or 21/0/9 are much better ways to play "Support Syndra". I assume she is played similar to Annie support. Keeping the damage is necessary as support Syndra with just utility is just weak. All she has is a slow and a small knock up/stun."

One does not simply take Spell weaving without Blade weaving.
Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration is probably the best for Kennen, you can't deny the amount of magic he still does. Electrical Surge may stack with AD, but it deals magic damage!

Sadly, since this is support Ashe, Runaan's hurricane is actually used for the AoE slow, which is actually not that bad for a support. It still may be outclassed, I am not sure. And truthfully, I don't want to test it either.
